seems you already reverted the changeset. Since the elements are deleted now, could you explain what was the problem ?

In the first changeset 8 ways were deleted. In the second changeset : a bunch of ways, a hospital, a veterinary, a police station, a fire station where obviously nothing existed and a village called “Parfaiteville”. Emailed the user but he did not respond.
