Wikimedia Germany donating 250,000 Euro for "Open Knowledge" Projects

Wikipedia/Wikimedia likes OSM and OSM has won a price if applied in past. Last year they got 5,000 Euros for aerial images in Germany. Does anyone have an idea for a project in Serbia? Some here understand german so here is the text http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia: … r%C3%A4gen
