openstreetbugs licence

According to the OpenStreetMap license, the data that you add on the map will be licensed CC BY-SA.

Is this statement OK to use reported bugs for OSM? I mean, if someone post bug "This street is called First road", can i use this information for OSM?

I'm just assuming that 1. these isolated facts are not copyrightable and 2. by reporting a bug with the intention that it is corrected in OSM, you implicitly agree that it is used to update the OSM database without any further conditions.

But strictly speaking, including this statement on the openstreetbugs page is a really bad idea. Not saying anything about the license might actually be better, because "may be used under CC-BY-SA" is much more limiting than the (imo implied) "may be used for OSM, regardless of its licensing model". The best choice would of course be a statement that waives any claims and essentially makes the bug reports PD.
