I’ve a built-in navigation system in my car and I have TravelPilot DX navigation system (known as Blaupunkt TravelPilot DX). This navigation system(s) use map data CD from Nateq. Does anybody know about possibility to render openstreetmap to Navteq format. And than burn it to CD and use this maps in car navigation system?

As far as I know, there is no way to use OSM data in such a navigation system, because Navteq, Blaupunkt ans the car manufactor wants to earn your money by selling updates.
You can only find out whether your built-in navi is based on WindowsMobile, WindowsCE or TomTom like … In this case there are some mods to run other navigation programs that are able to work with OSM data.
TravelPilot DX is a custom system, not WindowsMobile etc. based.
